The Materials Are Transferred In A Network Of pipeline From Pick Up Point To Source Point. These Are Designed As A Safe And convenient Method For Transferring Powder.


Principle of Pneumatic Conveyor:

Pneumatic Conveyor System Works Under Principle of Dilute Phase Conveying. This Is The Process Of Pushing Or Pulling Particles suspended In Air From One Location To Another. The Air Suspended Particles Are transferred Continuously At A Lower Pressure The Blower Is Fixed At The Start of The System To Supply High Volume Of Air. Here The Blower Acts As A Feeder. This Is Connected To The Pipeline. The Rotary Valve Feeds The Material Into The line. Once The Material Is Entered, The Blower Generates Air To Push The particles To Another Destination.

Bag Dump Station: These Systems Can Reduce The material Waste And Eliminate The Need To Clean And Remove Dust Collection Site, While Protecting Workers And Preventing Plant Contamination.

Suction Type: Hand Held Hose Or Pipe Is Used To vacuum The Material From Drum, Silo Or Hopper, Paper Bag, Barrels Or Other containers To Another Required Point.

Piping Used: Steel Pipe And Hose Are Used To transfer The Material.

Types Of Discharge Methods: This Type Of System uses Valves To Discharge Material From The System At One Use Point, Or Redirectthe Material To Another Use Point.

The Materials Stored In Hopper Can Be discharged Over Different Types Of Valves. Some Of Them Are Rotary Valve, Slide valve, Butterfly Valve, Flab Valve, Etc
